The staff at the taxi stand are excellent and helpful - that they allowed my taxi driver to wait for me after my checking in rather to tell them to drive around, that they are helpful with the luggage and always with a welcoming and smiling face!

The Park Lane HK is in a fantastic location, rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff very kind and friendly and the view from the 28th floor is spectacular!

The location is very nice, close to everything. I like their water in the shower, it's really fun, the water is strong, enjoy taking a bath, this is one of the things I look for in a hotel, the water in the shower is strong. I will definitely book here again when I return to Hong Kong. It's great to shop. Everything in the Causeway Bay area is here, including the Skye rooftop. Their view is beautiful, like Victoria Peak.

Convenient location, near MTR, shops. Room is decent sized by Hong Kong standards. We had a nice view of Victoria Park and harbour.

It's been a few years since I've been back in Hong Kong. I decided to book the Park Lane hotel for its location in Causeway Bay as part of a short food trip with friends. This was the first time I've stayed here - and I loved it! The hotel was modern, welcoming and just a street away from shops, restaurants and the malls around Causeway Bay. Room - Booked a family room which was honestly big enough for 4-6 people since there was an extra sofa bed we ended up not using. The bathroom had a tub with telescopic shower, free toiletry amenities, and a good amount of counter space to put our skincare products on. Beds were very comfortable and had charging ports beside them. Impt- bring a plug converter or borrow from the concierge if your plugs are US type. Location - One street away from trendy bars and boutique shopping. I felt safe to get drinks even late into the night and walk back to the hotel. Ikea and Decathlon sports store are both in the same building as the hotel, while Wellcome supermarket is right beside the hotel for any drinks/fruits/necessities. There's also a 4 floor Don Quijote store if you go around the block for souvenir shopping and quick bento options. Access - MTR station was a minute walk on the same street.
